HEY THERE...

My name is Anna - and I'm a wedding photographer.

This is a wedding blog - from a photographer's perspective.  And not just mine - lots of different super talented photographers (AND of course, Videographers - we're all story tellers!).

As the photographer at a wedding - we essentially have the best seats in the house.  For the most part, we spend our whole day with you, your family and friends.  For me, it feels a little bit like I get a whole new family - even if it's just for one day.  And we get to see, first hand, all the ups (and sometimes a few downs) that can happen during your wedding day.

This wedding blog will focus on the stories...

Focusing on the emotion.
Focusing on the human side.
Focusing on the PEOPLE.
Inspiration.  EVERYDAY.

... is to forget about the details.  Not by a long shot.  You'll find loads of inspiration in here for your wedding day - venues, flowers, cakes, locations, themes, design, bands, jugglers (maybe!) - the list goes on. 

this is a community...

I'll introduce you to some of the best in the business.  Even other photographers.  Because we are a COMMUNITY.  And everyone has their own taste.  I know that my photography won't appeal to everyone.  But I also want you to have the best photography you can have.

A wedding is about 2 people who love each.  Committing to each other (either legally or not - ffs Australia - come on already with same sex marriage - EDITOR's UPDATE - YES, Australia has finally joined the 21st century and have legalised Same Sex Marriage.  About bloody time!). 
A wedding is about people. 
And their story.

And this is a place to share those stories.
